Selina's Jewelry Return/Exchange Policy:

 

All Sales are final. No returns. Exchange possible if any damage occur while shipping. It needs to inform via email with damage pic within 24 hours of product delivered. We gladly accept exchange items that are free from scratches, blemishes, sizing or alterations, and without signs of wear or tear. If you wish to cancel or changed your mind about Order items, you will be charged a 33% restocking fee, as well as shipping charges & insurance fee.
In case of a return, a credit will only be issued after we receive the merchandise in question. You will have to ship the item along with shipping insurance. Selina's Jewelry will not compensate for this shipment.

Upon receiving the goods in question, Selina's Jewelry will ONLY open the package IF an RMA number is clearly printed on the top of the package, and will ONLY do so under video surveillance to ensure that each ‘said’ item has been returned. If no RMA number is printed, the package will be returned unopened to the sender and any additional shipping costs for returns will be charged to the customer.

All online sales are applicable to online products only, and will not be comparable with Facebook page price. Facebook pricing is not same as online pricing. Return Procedure:

Please make sure you return your items with original packaging materials and box. You can add extra box or bubble wrap envelop.
